Just as Christ and his original disciples were radicals in the eyes of the Roman authorities who made it illegal to be a Christian for the first three centuries, Christ is calling us to be radical in our following of Him while living in our present society. The brothers and sisters, who make up the id916 Communities of Missionary Disciples, are responding to that same call to be radical for Christ – our older brother. This lifestyle strengthens both faith and commitment to the Church he himself formed. It also helps to evangelize everyone we know.
